Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between us. They do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are uploaded to our website.
United Kingdom law will apply to the Agreement and the relevant courts of the United Kingdom will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to the Agreement.
Customer Agreement
Our customers will be expected to pay for all sessions without 48 hours notice this will be enforced 100% of the time.
All of our members will be expected to give us at least 30 days notice if they decide to leave.
Privacy Policy
Undisputed Boxing is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use information given at the time of ordering or when making an enquiry by whatever means is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
We do not pass your personal information on to third parties.
