Dillian Whyte versus Alexander Povetkin Who Have You Got?

Was The First Fight A Lucky Punch? Or Will History Repeat Itself?

I have to start off by saying I am a massive fan of Dillian Whyte I know he’s not everyone’s cup of tea, but I like him. What you see is what you get there has been no media training and for me this makes him really authentic. The second thing that everyone should admire about Whyte he will literally fight anyone at any place, he does not really care if its in a ring or not. Some people think he’s got a loud mouth but lets be honest he backs it up. As soon as he got knocked out against Povetkin all he wanted to do was put it right.

Dillian Whyte Getting Knocked Out

The second thing I am going to say might surprise most people I know that Whyte won most of the rounds and dropped Povetkin twice but that being said I really don’t think the fight was as easy as the commentators made you believe it was. Matchroom commentators are always so biased towards their fighters especially Adam Smith.

I think Povetkin was always in the fight, he landed some great body shots that seemed to hurt Whyte and push him back was always looking for that big shot any many times was not that far away. You have got to admire Povetkin too he just quietly goes about his business seems very honest and I believe he is very under rated.

I do think that Whyte will get his revenge on the night but I think he will get caught with some nice shots in the process, but I am backing the British man but would not be completely surprised is Povetkin managed to land that lucky punch once again.
